The Genesis of an idea
In the beginning, a business enthusiast who recently graduated with an MBA in Marketing met an older fellow, originally from the same mother country, with years of experience in web development at educational institutions. From that moment, the idea of providing digital advice to small entrepreneurs, just like them, begins to burgeon in their minds
More Time is Still Needed
The idea, however, still needed to be refined with additional funding needed in order to launch their digital advice agency. For this reason, the team begins doing small part-time business projects for a year. One such project was sales through Amazon in order to generate more capital. During this period both entrepreneurs were surprised at the rapid proliferation of small businesses most probably due to the financial havoc wrecked by the Covid-19 pandemic. This serendipitous discovery only engendered in both entrepreneurs the business need for providing advice for small business entrepreneurs.
Experience Comes With Every Step
The process of taking on small business projects not only provided much needed capital but also provided incalculable benefits such as new contacts, new business ideas, robust business points of view, and easily adaptable methods of approach to varied types of projects. Although there was more to still learn, the increasing contacts list greatly assisted with new knowledge and experiences.
First Requests
Without an advertising budget nor an advertising campaign, a few digital advice requests began to come our way because of our growing list of contacts, referrals, and the increasing experiences from the previous year. However, there was still not enough time to spend on all the details involved in starting such a business. The process still needed more time since the planned business idea’s mechanism was composed of many moving parts that had to be assembled correctly.to guarantee success.
New Options
Other possibilities began to emerge and the team placed these options in perspective with intended goals and business strategy. They reasoned, perhaps more than one item can be launched to expand their business spectrum. Both entrepreneurs go back to the drawing table and re-strategize. Of course, why aim at a single target if the radius of business options is wide? With the stakes high, they seek wisdom and ask questions, investigate, get training, and start small ventures to see which one worked the best for their business model and strategy.
The Machine Started to Run
Finally, the company is taking shape. All market indicators and economic matrices are studied, dates are planned, and the numbers are agreed upon. At this point the legal aspects of the company is addressed and finalized. The paperwork begins, requests for permits are submitted, wisdom is requested from God on high and the outcome of the process is patiently awaited.
Long Awaited Launch Time
The time has come, and the long-awaited moment has finally arrived. On October 2022 Sitio 4 Less, powered by Nudge Solutions, LLC, launches to the public. It is the end of a long and patiently awaited process. It is, in a way, the end of waiting for a ‘baby’ that was on the way but is now a toddler who begins to breathe and will soon take its first steps.
